About us & how we're paid
Mid-Cities Dry Help is a referral service for homeowners in Bedford, Texas (ZIP 76021, 76022, 76095). When you call our number, your call is connected to an independent restoration company that serves your area.
What we are, and what we are not
- We are not a contractor. We don't send crews, dry homes, remove mold or repair anything ourselves.
- We don't employ or supervise the companies. You talk to the company directly, agree the scope and price with them, and decide whether to hire them.
- We don't hold licenses for restoration work, and we don't make claims about any company's licenses, certifications or insurance. Ask the company directly and check before work starts.
How we are paid
The call is free for you. We may receive a referral fee from a partner network or company when a call is connected. We don't charge you anything; the company you hire sets its own prices.
Why this site exists
When water is coming through a ceiling or across a floor, most people don't know who to call or what to do first. Our pages explain the first steps for each kind of damage, what a restoration company will check, and the questions to ask before you sign anything.
Calls and privacy
Calls may be recorded for quality and to confirm a connection was made. See our privacy policy for details.
